"Discovery & Fun" Package
AIRLINE PILOTS
- Welcome briefing
- Theory briefing on the Airbus cockpit, piloting procedures and crew coordination
- Split into groups of 4
- Flights in crews of 2 on the Airbus A320 simulator — 2 people observe from the rear seats before taking the controls themselves.
Allow approximately 30 min. for the briefing and 40 min. per group of 4. As a guide, for 12 participants, allow around 3 hours. For larger groups, we can add a fighter pilot demonstration on the F-14 simulator. At least 2 experienced airline pilots/instructors supervise the groups.
"Discovery & Fun" Package
FIGHTER PILOTS
- Mission in flight suit
- Video briefing on the aircraft, systems and procedures
- Mission briefing by a real fighter pilot — approx. 30 minutes
- 3-aircraft flight — 2 participants in their respective F-16s, the third aboard an F-14 Tomcat alongside the fighter pilot.
Ultra-realistic and immersive simulation. F-16: fixed base, full cockpit. F-14: 3-axis seat, virtual cockpit. The simulators are flown in virtual reality. Close air combat or discovery mission, according to preference. From take-off to landing, you are guided by the fighter pilot.
From 8 participants, the fighter pilot and airline pilot packages are combined.
From 12 participants, these packages can also be combined with the "DRONE" activity.

Team building Leadership Programme

Team activities based on the Tactical Leader Programme (TLP), NATO’s most comprehensive exercise for the training of multinational pilots. Our programme lets your team work together to carry out an aerial combat mission. Your entire team takes part in the mission preparation, execution and debriefing — testing communication, teamwork, assertiveness and stress management through a highly realistic and immersive flight simulation.
The team building session unfolds as follows:
- Welcome and situation briefing (+/- 20 min.)
- Mission briefing, role assignment and preparation (+/- 45 min.)
- Mission execution in teams of 10 (+/- 1 hour per team)
- Debriefing and drinks at our fighter squadron bar (+/- 30 min.)
Estimated timings: approximately 2h30 for 10 people, 3h30 for 20 people and 4h15 for 30 people.

The simulators are flown in virtual reality. Close air combat or discovery mission according to preference. From take-off to landing, you are guided by the fighter pilot.
All packages can be combined with a “DRONE” activity with our neighbour and partner Palm Concept — 3 alternating activities: Drone soccer, Robot programming, FPV drone (first person view) indoors in a large indoor flying arena.

- What is the TLP (Tactical Leader Programme)?
- The TLP is NATO's most comprehensive training exercise for multinational fighter pilots. Our Team Building programme is directly inspired by it : mission briefing, hierarchical roles, collaborative execution, debrief. Your teams experience a leadership exercise based on real military methods.
- Is the activity accessible to everyone?
- Yes, no aeronautical knowledge required. Accessible to everyone from age 12. Our pilots adapt the difficulty level so that every participant gets the most out of the experience.
- Where does the activity take place?
- Nivelles, Rue de la Recherche 15. Easily accessible from Brussels and across Belgium, free car park on site. Seminar rooms available through our partner Cap Innove.
- Do you offer complementary activities?
- Yes! Drone activities with Palm Concept (drone soccer, FPV, robot programming) and seminar rooms with Cap Innove. Typical programme : room briefing, flight simulation, drone activity, cocktail at the fighter squadron bar.
- Do you have a catering service?
- Yes, in collaboration with caterer 20EAT : welcome coffee, lunch, dinner cocktail or gourmet dinner. We handle all the logistics.
- How long does a Team Building session last?
- Between 2 and 4 hours for a half-day, or a full day for total immersion including briefings, flight sessions, debriefings and team cohesion activities.
