What is Flight Experience?
Flight Experience offers immersive flight simulator experiences in Nivelles, guided by real (ex-)fighter and airline pilots from the Belgian Air Component. All experiences are accessible to everyone, with no prior aviation knowledge required.

Are your pilots real military pilots?
Yes. Flight Experience is one of the very few centres in Belgium, and the only one in Brabant Wallon, to offer experiences guided by real (ex-)fighter pilots from the Belgian Air Component — pilots who have actually flown F-16s on operational missions. Not technicians: pilots.
Is flying experience or aviation knowledge required?
No. No prior knowledge is required. Every experience is preceded by a tailored briefing and guided in real time by a professional instructor pilot. Your recipients arrive with no prerequisites and leave with an unforgettable experience.

All our experiences are available as gift vouchers. Five options are particularly well suited to corporate gifts:

Is there a minimum age for the experiences?
Yes: from 12 years old for the fighter jet simulators (F-16, F-14 Top Gun, F-18) and from 7 years old for the Airbus A320 simulator. There is no maximum age.
Can the recipient bring someone with them?
Yes. Guests can follow the flight on a large screen from the squadron bar (up to 3 people at no extra charge). Some experiences allow a shared flight for two (F-16 DUO) or up to 5 people simultaneously in the cockpit (Flight Experience Airbus).
Ordering — process, volume and personalisation
Are the gift vouchers available immediately after the order?
Yes. You receive the voucher as a PDF by e-mail as soon as payment is confirmed. The voucher shows the chosen experience but not the price — complete discretion guaranteed. For volume orders with personalisation (logo, message), please allow 48 working hours.
Can several vouchers be ordered in a single order?
Yes. From 5 vouchers onwards, we offer a dedicated service:

Can payment be made by bank transfer rather than by card?
Yes, for orders of 5 vouchers or more. A purchase order and a pro forma invoice will be sent on request. Contact us at info@flight-experience.be.
Validity, flexibility and invoicing
How long are the gift vouchers valid?
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Your recipients book their slot online whenever they like. No date management required on your end.
Can the recipient choose a different experience from the one ordered?
Yes. The voucher is flexible: the recipient can choose a different experience from the one ordered. If the value is equivalent, no additional payment is required. If the chosen experience is more expensive, the recipient pays the difference directly when booking online.
Will we receive an invoice in the company's name?
Yes. Every order automatically generates an invoice in your company's name, with Belgian VAT, ready to integrate directly into your accounting system.
Practical information
Are the experiences available in French, Dutch and English?
Yes. Our pilots welcome your recipients in the language of their choice: French, Dutch or English. Ideal for Belgian companies with multilingual teams or for multinationals based in Belgium.
How does the recipient book their session?
Directly online at flight-experience.be, via our secure booking system. The recipient chooses their own date and time based on availability. No further steps required on your end after sending the voucher.
Where is Flight Experience located?
Rue de la Recherche 15, 1400 Nivelles — 20 minutes from Brussels via the E19 (exit Nivelles North). Easily accessible from Brussels, Waterloo, Charleroi, Namur, Mons and Leuven. Large free car park on site.
Does Flight Experience offer other programmes for companies?
